Terre Haute, Ind., July 8—Rev. W. R. Higgins died here. He was a graduate of Wabash College and Lane Seminary, and his first church was in Superior City, Wis., in the 60s. He founded the First Presbyterian Church in Duluth, and was eight years in Marion, Ind. the burial will be at Logansport, his birthplace.
